After earning her degree from Anderson University and working in unique places, she helped launch Ball State’s immersive learning initiatives and later served at Binghamton University in New York.
Now back home, Kelli connects Ball State students, faculty, and community organizations to strengthen the fabric of Muncie and Delaware County — proving that collaboration is the key to meaningful change.

Jen grew up a competitive athlete at Cowan High School, where she earned 10 varsity letters and a spot in the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame. Her journey took her from studying education to pursuing culinary arts, where she thrived as a banquet chef with Marriott in cities like Memphis, Orlando, and Asheville. But when family called her back home, Jenn found a new career with Starbucks — one that has lasted more than 20 years.
 
Now district manager for area Starbucks stores, Jenn shares what it means to build relationships with customers and staff, how she balances leadership with family life, and why every cup of coffee is really about community.
